Can I get a Refund?
Refunds are not available after footage is shot and edited. If a client needs to reschedule, they have up to 30 days to do so.
What is your turnaround time for photos?
Up to a week max. for a 24 hour turnaround, contact for pricing.
What is your turnaround time for Video footage?
Depending on the length of the video it could take up to 3 weeks. For music videos, turnaround time is up to two weeks. Recap event videos, up to 1 week.
